• The gate must be closed upon entry and exit, it should not be left open for any reason. This is to ensure the safety of the yard and to prevent unauthorised entry to the site.

• There is no littering or the dumping of rubbish on site, any rubbish must be taken home with you. There is CCTV all around and if you are found to have disposed of any waste then your rental term with us will be suspended and you will be asked to leave the site immediately. Any rents paid will be forfeited. 

• No waste can be stored alongside your vehicles and trailers, if found to do so this will be classed as the dumping of waste, you will be asked to remove it, and you may also be banned from the site.

• You must keep to your designated numbered space. Under no circumstance may you park or move to another numbered space without prior agreement. Remember an empty space does not mean the space is available – the customer might be out for the day or on holiday. 

• You must ensure you park between numbered signs that point to your corresponding space. 

• You have the option to pay monthly, quarterly, every six months or annually, if you would like to change how often you pay this can be arranged. 

• If payment is not received within one calendar month of the date of the invoice you may be asked to leave the site. 

• If an item appears to have been left onsite and we cannot get hold of the owner, and after a period of three months of no payment, then we will seek to dispose of the item and recover our costs.

• We ask for as much notice as possible when vacating the site. One month or more is preferable.

• No refunds for storage will be given. Make sure you are paying for the correct storage period when you receive your invoice. If you want to change how often you pay this can be done by emailing us.
